I custom-ordered a Odachi from Chen's Swords. For such an extremely massive custom blade (1.7M) I requested, I cannot express enough how impressed I am with its quality. The entire custom ordering process was incredibly smooth— the team not only provided frequent updates on the custom order progress but also proactively offered financial assistance in case I wanted to customize another blade while this one was being crafted. They regularly shared the production status of this custom sword, and I even received numerous extra gifts along with my custom Odachi! It took about 20 days to be delivered to my doorstep safely, and despite the high tariffs the USA imposes on Chinese goods, I didn’t have to pay any additional fees.
