This is JinMei Blade, a saber in the form of the Ming Dynasty of China: Ming Dao, a mainstream weapon in the Ming Dynasty, evolved from the long sabers of the Tang and Song dynasties. It features a wide blade with a moderate curve, a single edge, and a hilt suitable for one or two-handed grip, combining chopping power and operational flexibility. It applies to battlefield combat and traditional martial arts practice, representing the "combination of practicality and craftsmanship" in Ming Dynasty weapons.
The fittings of this JinMei Blade are decorated with plum blossom patterns—in Chinese culture, plum blossoms symbolize "resilience and blooming in cold winter", implying elegance and purity.
