I would post a picture but it is already wrapped for my son for Christmas. The communication was quick when they needed me to change my address bc they don't ship to PO boxes. I got it within a week I believe. I'm in America and it came from China. Packaged very well so it wasn't damaged. As far as the quality of the sword goes in my opinion I give it a 10. But I know nothing about them. My son will be the judge lol. Overall experience 10/10 recommended 👌 👍
