Detail
This is a Chinese Miao Dao (Miao saber): Originating from the Ming Dynasty of China, Miao Dao evolved from ancient long saber forms. It features a slender blade (combining the chopping power of a saber and the thrusting ability of a sword) and a two-handed hilt. It was a main military weapon in the Ming and Qing dynasties, suitable for battlefield combat and martial arts practice, and remains a classic representative of traditional martial arts weapons.
This MoMei Blade has plum blossom patterns carved on its black alloy fittings—in Chinese culture, plum blossoms symbolize "resilience and blooming in cold winter", representing both the character of facing difficulties and the virtue of elegance and purity. The blade retains the slender form of Miao Dao, paired with black fittings and plum patterns, restoring the sharp practicality of ancient sabers while exuding subtle humanistic charm.
It is crafted by Spartan Blades Club & 陈氏剑莊, perfectly integrating the traditional craftsmanship of Miao Dao with the Chinese cultural imagery of plum blossoms.
